Note: Paddington failed to appear for the game against Y.M.C.A on June 27th. A technical point led to Y.M.C.A being unable to claim a forfeit. (Sunday Times 7 Aug 1910, p.10)
This game was played on August 6th and was the final game of the regular season. Paddington's win secured a place in the final series (also refer to notes below the ladder).

Note
concerning the final ladder: Paddington was believed by the League to have a
better percentage than Newtown at the end of the Round 14, therefore Paddington
progressed to the Final Series ahead of Newtown.
However my research indicates the For and Against figures above are correct,
and these show Newtown with the superior record.
My final ladder is based on a reconciliation of the results of the first fourteen
rounds.
The
final ladder published in Sydney Morning Herald (Monday 8 Aug 1910 p.5)
showed Paddington with 'For 772 Against 636' and Newtown's record as above.
It is important to note that the total 'For and Against' records for all clubs
in the final ladder published in the SMH are not reliable as they do not
reconcile
The
same ladder had appeared in the Sunday Times (7 Aug 1910, p.10) which noted
regarding the tie-break system: 'The system of teams securing a place on
scoring points means that Newtown, though equal in competition points with
Paddington, are out of the final games'
and 'In future clubs equal in competition points should play off for fourth
position. The present system is open to more objections than one'.
