The Queensland Soccer Council was formed in June 1932, a successor to QSFA Limited. Unlike QSFA Ltd, the QSC focussed on an overarching role in administering football in Queensland.
Therefore, the Ipswich and West Moreton British Football Association resumed control of senior football in the Ipswich region, which had been administered by QSFA Ltd. from 1930 to mid-1932.
Only one Brisbane based team (Toombul United) competed in the QSFA this season after Thistle withdrew in early April prior to the season commencing.
